Welcome to tiny cook and kitchen!
At heart, this blog is about me cooking the foods I love to eat. Not content with food bombing on Instagram, I wanted to capture my obsession a bit more constructively, and so this blog was born.
It features staple recipes as well as my take on some of the classics. I love experimenting with new ingredients and flavour pairings and I’ll also be attempting to do justice to my mum’s traditional Vietnamese recipes.
I’m happiest in my little London kitchen – experimenting with baskets of home grown goodies from the in-law’s allotment in Sussex, a spot of weekend baking, to cooking up a simple mid-week supper. For me, there is nothing more satisfying than the scent of home cooking wafting throughout the house.
I’m having a lot of fun capturing my cooking journey and hope you enjoy reading it too.
